Contact us for our extensive front range delivery area. We happily deliver to our front range and mountain communities. A delivery fee will be calculated at the time of reservation. Fees range from FREE to $99.00 but do not exceed $99.00, most of the front range area has a $50.00 delivery fee. Contact us for questions on delivery fees and areas. ABSOLUTELY! Our inventory consists of only clean NEW inventory constructed with lead-free and fire retardant vinyl. All units contain emergency exits. Every rental comes with current WATCHDOG™ Blower-Siren systems which will sound a 100+ decibel siren if it detects if the blower is shut off, loses power or if the inflatable losses sudden air. All equipment is serviced, disinfected and inspected prior to placement and again when picked up. Each unit is inspected for safety before and after the unit is rented.

It is Colorado. We happily work with you should you need to reschedule or require a refund. Call within 24hours prior to your reservation time will not incur a cancellation fee. If you cancel the day of a minimum fee of $75.00 is required. We do reserve the right to cancel due to weather or unsafe conditions.
Definitely, parks are a great place to have a party and enough space to set up Air Rentals units. Keep in mind that some cities require a reservation and or a permit to have Air Rentals units at the park. Some cities require that they be named as additionally insured on our insurance policy. Proof of your due diligence will be required before park placement. Public park placement will need you to contact us prior to the event. If you are going to a park you will need to ask if electricity is available, if not we have generators for an additional charge. Also if you are having a wet unit you need to supply your own water source or see if the park has one.
We want you to have as much fun for as long as possible, that is why we offer the units for up to 8 hours with inflatables and 4 hours with theater packages. The time does not start until the unit is fully set up and operational. We will work with you on pick up time. If for any reason you need it longer let us know and we will work with you. Some additional charges will apply. Overnight use is available with an additional charge. Pickups will not be scheduled after 8:00pm. Indoor pickups can be scheduled at anytime.
You will need a designated electrical outlet rated at 115 volts with a 20 or 30 amp fuse. We provide extension cords. Generators are available for an additional charge. Maximum 50 feet from the source.
We offer easy online payments. Your deposit will be required at the time of reservation. Remaining balance will be due 24 hours ahead of delivery. We do accept checks form commercial and non profit. Please contact us to set up payment.
You will need at least 5 feet around the unit. Please also be aware of height as some of our units are up to 20 feet high. Check for branches power lines, overhangs and any other obstacle that may hinder the unit being fully inflated without hitting/rubbing against anything.
Our trained licensed staff the will deliver and set up at your event location. Equipment can be used indoors and outdoors. A relatively level area is necessary. We will confirm with you the surface you will be placing the inflatable on and discuss options for securement. All inflatables must be secured to the ground using stakes, sandbags or water barrels. If we need to stake please contact a utility locator to mark out all underground utilities and sprinkler systems.
YES, we have the best policy in the nation. We are fully insured for all residential and commercial events. This makes us a preferred vendor for parks churches and schools in the front range area. We have all the required documentation for all large events ahead of the scheduled event.

We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can't set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps. Contact us for any questions on setup.

Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
